hyde, lead singer of my favorite band, L'Arc~en~Ciel. I usually don't post stupid crap like copies of photos but since this photo doesn't exist I figure it's okay. Mostly referenced from his 2002(?) "What my blood?" feature in either B-Pass magazine or R&R newsmaker, I can't remember. He was a blonde with a different haircut in those photos and didn't wear the red Alex streeter ring in this one; I felt this kind of environment and color scheme was a schmexy alternative to the hyde-is-a-vampire theme that he likes to bury himself in.

So, yeah... I've had L'Arc on the brain since I saw them in Osaka about a month ago; gonna see them in Baltimore, too. Woo~

I liked this two weeks ago but now I'm starting to hate it. Better quit staring. Jesus, this is the longest description I've ever written. :|

That's really beautiful...I love the soft feel to it, and how all the details look...I especially like his eyes and mouth, this is very very well done.

I love the red around the eyes, and you're right, it's a LOT sexier than the violet suit vampire photoshoot.. I absolutely hated that one.

I would have had a wee bit more contrast in the colours between light and shadow, but then again the entire photos is pale and white, so it works really well that way too.
